The type of southrn kung fu i take is Choy Lay Fut, One of the best Kung fu in all martial arts. My sifu (sifu li siu hung) has traine many to be their best and bring out alot of them. And head intructor Joe Keit is the man, he work 24/7 at the school and teaches us alot, from his old experience and his new experience. The best thing about being at this school i that you know you are traing buy one of the best. Our Foums are all extended hands, arms, and legs. And our stands are low and strong. Cloy Lay Fut is my favoite kng fu, because my uncle did Choy Lay Fut. but a differ style one of the three Choy Lay Fut family. and my other uncle did wing-chung so im learning that too.

Hello CLF-Elite. Welcome to the forum from your kung fu brother. You were born in '89 so that make you 14 or 15 years old? What a great age to start training kung fu. I didn't get started until I was around 19 or 20. Did you know that your SiGung Lee Koon Hung became a Sifu at age 17!!!! Crazy....Anyways, my Sifu is Liu Siu Hung's kung fu brother...you might have heard of him, his name is Mak Hin Fai (aka Sifu Mak.) What form are you learning at the moment? What's your favorite form?
