Yep, My Sifu's book...Advance WIng Chun by Sunny Tang, has one...and so does Sam Chan's new book on the Wooden Dummy!

What do you mean Shameless plugs???
I have almost everybook on Wing Chun ever printed, and those are the only 2 books that they are found in. Not plugging anyone...just helping someone in need of satisfying their curiosity!!

They are also in Leung Tings big yellow book.

Get some landscaping posts about 6 feet long, put them 3 feet into the ground in a triangle shape with each post 3 feet apart at a 60 degree angle. Some people will claim there is a secret Gerk Jong form but there's not (in YMWCK at least) so use your head and make up some exercises. They are loads o' fun, enjoy.
