Where do you derive your power? Where does all that power come from when you strike, internal or external I believe it comes from the same place, the midsection!
Here is my theory, the midsection of your body, around the stomach and hips can generate alot of torque. If you can link up the rest of your body with that torque you start to generate an incredible amount of energy!

im with green dragon. from what i have seen of boxing their power comes from the ground too.
