hi i would like to know if anyone has ever suffered inflamation in the wrists from - overuse, strain from luggage carrying and kung fu training.

pls tell me what is the name of the specialists that can deal with wrist type injuries.

ehhhhh anyway watever your implying isn't the reason for it i'd really appreciate it if someone would give me some useful advice on a medical problem

I don't think there is a name for wrist specialists. You might want to go to a physio. You could even try and get a doctor to refer you, not sure how that works in your country (whatever that is) but in the UK you'd probably have to wait a long time to see a specialist so try resting or paying a bit to see a physio first - but if it does not go away insist on getting it checked out properly - do not be fobbed off with them saying avoid the activities that hurt.

If this has just happened then just try resting it, if it is something that keeps coming back then see someone about it. If it is both wrists then it probably isn't an injury, so either you are doing something wrong or you have a weakness in your wrists which may or may not be treatable.

I wouldn't worry too much, very often these problems can be caused by doing too much of something which you haven't given your body time to build up to. A good physio may be able to recommend ways of strengthening the wrist or avoiding potentially damaging activities.
