Welcome, Kay K! What style do you practice?

Well i practice kempo, but, ive also practiced taekwondo but found it boring we were mainly practicing form and not much application. I'm thinkin of leaving kempo because 1) no one seems to practice it and 2) It doesnt seem practical.

Is there anything a girl could use and find it interesting. my brother practices tai chi and i'm thinking of taking that up. what do you think? XX

Kempo's usually pretty good, though not so much of it in the UK :)
there is a lot of Taijiquan around, and some good teachers in the UK. Lots of options for ya especially if you're around a big city :)

I have to agree with you there gda there's nothing more exciting slapping out thier dentures before orally defiling them, unless it's chasing them down when they try and get away with thier walkers. It's even better if they have a full load in thier depends. That reminds me time to take a trip to the old folks home.
