theres a reason for keeping your fluids,fasting..etc #1 giving your body a break .think about it could you do anything 24hrs aday for weeks,months, years!! when you remain celebate,fast your body isn't constantly having to replace/digest fluids and has the chance to recooperate#2 the reason you feel stronger after celibacy is because you are!! think about it the taoists believe that your seminal fluids are one of the three treasures(sources)of energy you have think of the energy it takes for the sperm to fertilize the egg it creates life! it dosen't mean never to ejaculate these guys here have brought up great points so i especially like the agex.2=days between,so stay enthused..keep playing
