Taiji body requirements:
The 5 bows- Torso, 2 arms and 2 legs, all must remain "drawn" that is full of potential energy. Spine must remain straight and relaxed, tailbone is not pulled under, nor pushed out. Feeling of lightness on the crown of the head. Chest remain relaxed and open.
The 4 levels- Head, Shoulders, Hips and Knees? must all remain level and not tip side to side.
The 3 Harmonies- Shoulders/hips must stay in line, elbows and knees must coordinate and ? can't remember 3rd.
