Ok, I have no spare time to be playing around with Jow recipes, so does anyone have any good stuff I can buy? Or know of a good place I can buy it from? Also something good to rub on sore, tense, muscles? My wife is tense, and students are broken ...otherwise life is grand....
thanks,
Gary

Here is one for you that western bare knuckle boxers used for hand conditioning and it won't cost you a much at all.

After you are done with you your hand training wash and rub them with pickle brine. I have started to use pickle brine after working over the tree and heavy bag and it's good stuff.

They also used a weak tannic solution as well.

Cheers.

Try emailing info@tigerkungfu.com and let them know the circumstances you need Dit Da for. They may be willing to sell you something specific to meet your needs.

They may not sell to the public, bot if they do, it's worth it. It has been a great training and recovery aid.
