Is Dr.Yang Jwing-Ming Fukien Shaolin White Crane Qigong in his book worth learning

It definitely is worth learning: this qigong can serve as a base for all southern styles: the soft qigong for soft styles, and the hard one for any muscular application...you don't have to take white crane, just choosing between the soft and hard version or taking both can complement your own style...
In my opinion you can't really learn from a book though...the video is better, attending a seminar is even better...
