well basically what im looking to do here is strengthen myself overall (however i feel that my legs are pretty **** weak, and really need some improvement - so im kinda focusing on getting them in proper working order)

i practice kung fu every night of the week, and have class 4 days a week so im looking for something that wont make me useless afterwards ;)

in this order @ my current maxes ive done

1x5 deadlifts @ 240lbs
1x5 cleans @ 155lbs
1x5 push press @ 145lbs
1x5 calf raises @ 155lbs
1x5 wide grip pullups with weight @ 15lbs
1x5 heavy weight upside down crunches @ 75lbs
1x5 bench press @ 165lbs
1x5 obliques while holding weight @ 75lbs
1x5 close grip pullups with weight @ 30lbs
1x5 dips with weight @ 75lbs

im not quite sure if deadlifts + cleans + push press is overdoing it, but my legs really dont feel that bad from it all (its not like im doing all that much)

i only weigh 155lbs myself, so i think my legs need a lot of work (my upperbody is much better imho - cept for bench)

i lift every day; increasing by 5lbs a day, until i cant go no more, then i take a couple days off (2-3)

any suggestions? what im really looking for here is stronger legs :) i think my upperbody is doing well... however a bigger bench could be nice

peace

Where are your squats?

You want legs, gotta do your squats!

when i was doing squats last i got up to a set of 5 at 230 or 235 i think

i'm basically looking to get more power into my kicks, and improve my 1 legged root when im kicking; and to have all around stronger legs

i heard that push press and cleans were better than squats for kicking

but perhaps i should switch it up to sqauts/stiff leg deadlifts (dont wanna neglect my hamstrings :) ), push press and cleans?
