How do you do it?

Do what I do when I'm trying to learn flashy moves. Try it on a trampoline to get the motion down, then when you feel comfortable that you can do it without hurting yourself, try it on real ground.
You start off like a butterfly kick except after you push off the ground with your left leg, you bring both legs and arms together, look over the left shoulder and spin.

I've been trying to pull off this move for years and I still can't get my head round it.
..one day.
I have to say, I really don't get on with the trampoline when learning arial moves. I really don't find it translates that well to performing the moves on the ground. But some people seem happy doing it that way. Worth a try I guess.
Although I really can't picture how you'd do a proper B-twist on a tramp.
