I also agree with Ao Quin I have both tapes. For me they are a good source of the Lung Ying style. As for learning from them, Hmm. You really miss the essence of the movement. As mentioned good reference for if you want to learn the system.
My suggestion, check his site and/or Sojourn Past, and the Florida school, or other Lung Ying sites.

Hi Mate,

Yes just pay attention to this body as well as the hands. Look at his shapes and waist and how every strike works as one. If you have some mantis background should be easiy enough bro! :)
