we have a similar technique in Hung-Ga from snake section, basically, it's an arm bar, grasping the wrist and elbow, when you bring it down to your dan tien for the lock, you then thrust it foward. You end up smashing the guy in the face with his own shoulder. Usually used if he starts to resist the lock. then bring him right down.
