Or as is called in YKM " Ground Killing Fist". How many of you are taught this form, I believe some Pakmei schools dont teach it (too hard)? It has some great take down techniques, throws etc.
Have any of you looked much at the ground fighting elements of it?
Always good to look at all aspects!
