We have a new student at our school who used to be a student of Tai Lam (sp?) in Miami. Tai Lam was a student of LKH. Are any of you familiar with him, I'd never heard of him till the other night. Just curious, not saying he doesn't exist.

I saw Tai Lam and his school in a restaurant once after one of my classes, I go to wah lum of Miami. Funny thing is when I was at the buffet one of his student's looks at the emblem on my shirt and asked if my style was wing chun.:D

Tai Lam was originally a student of one of Lee Koon Hung's early group of students named Ng Gee Fung. Your sifu would know him since they were in one of the first batches of LKH's students.

He later studied with Sifu and helped him do some seminars in the early 90s. His kung fu is quite good.

No actually Tai Lam lives in Florida. That is a student of his in France. He did live in France before though but currently resides in Florida. I know because he used to live down the street from us before we moved.
