Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone is going - it'll cost a packet but surely it has to be the biggest event ever in the history of Wing Chun. Going to the bank later to talk about a loan !

Hi/Thanks Stuart,

Sounds great. Dread to think what the airfare would be, though :(

Where are you guys going to stay when in Foshan?

Hope to be able to attend.

All depends on the finances and the timing around work schedule.

Should be a great event.

Hope to see ya before we get there!!

Maybe once we all know whats happening we could have that UK get together as a precursor to the big one in China. Thoughts??

No chance for me, my Wing Chun would need to surpass Ip Man if I was to even mention this to my Wife :( She would kill me .

I am sure anybody who is there will have a fantastic time, but not as fantastic as me !!

My wife is due to give birth on the 8th November to our second child.:D :D

However, a full and detailed posting will be expected, and how about a live Web Link !!!

Ha... so this is why you've not sent my video! You've been... errr... too busy with other things...

Congratulations, mate. I always thought Ip was a funky sounding name for a boy or girl. :)

Good call Stu.

Maybe as a fundraiser for the maintanance budget for the Tong itself?

Purely on a voluntary contributions basis ?

Best wishes on the imminent arrival Nat.
The greatest achievement you can experience.

I hope it is looked after a bit better than Yip Mans grave.

When we had the first conference, it was great, very neat and tidy. When we went last year, we couldnt even find it, the whole place was so overgrown. Grass over 10 feet high!

Should be in HK with a group in November, will have to see about a trip to the mainland.
