I believe you are talking about the Quan Ky Do Vietnam websites wich has spread to Europe Chau Qwaun Ky was the master who brought Chu Gar Southern Mantis to Vietnam and Wui Mei Pai and Thuilam pai I will list some of the websites this style is popular in Europe .

There was a website called Hung Jia or Hung Gia Vietnam but the website is no longer there maybe that is what you are talking about .The only other websites for southern mantis from Vietnam is these Quan Ky Do websites and theres is Chu Gar from what i can tell. There is also that Theiulam Chu Gia Vietnam website but that style is called Chow Gar or Jow Gar from Jow Lung it is not Southern Mantis it is connected to the Pak Mei Vietnam Website .
