I did a report last year for speech class over Capoeira and I got alot of stuff from his website. Loved the little images, I used them on my powerpoint presentation.

My girlfriend is starting Capoeira and we came upon this site while researching...
Amazing height in the jumps - looks like a lot of fun. Anyone have any practical experience with Capoeira? I'd be really interested to hear about it...
