I am currently visiting in Sydney for a couple of weeks, and wondered if anyone knows of any Hung Ga schools (mou gwoon) here in Sydney that I could visit. Thank you.

There is one in Parramatta, I have no idea what the address is sorry, but maybe check the yellow pages or something. I'll get back to you on the address tomorrow if no one here knows it already.

It's at Parramatta High School. Hung Gar classes on Tuesday, Qigong classes on Thursday, and private lessons on Saturday.
Gam Bok Yin, Parramatta is a suburb in Sydney. That's where you're visiting right, not Melbourne? It's south-west of the city centre, say about 30min drive/train, give or take a couple of min!

Trisk,
Thank you for the details. I will see if I can find and go to Parramatta High School on Tuesday.

Joseph Awad teaches Hung Gar at Paramatta High School on Tuesdays. I think the class starts at 6.30pm. Joseph Awad's Hung Gar is from Y.C. Wong. I have seen Joseph Awad's Hung Gar and I think its quite good.
