Hello, Everyone! What are some of the training aids and methods that you use in your private workouts (i.e., brass rings, logs, plum flower posts, etc.)?

I am partial to playing "catch" by tossing a large log in the air and catching it on my extended forarms. (Of course, I massage with dit da jow afterwards.)

What are some of the things you all do? I'd love to read about them!!
