I see the ******* took a trip to Lloyd's without me. Looks like he will have to become the first victim of the Souders Switch when it is perfected. I'll be down possibly if Eric wants to go down next week either Monday or Thursday. He had an audition in Baltimore must of stopped by on his way home. Did he get to roll around any. If he did you got to see his lack of the good old cardio. And plus if you ever think your hairline is bad check out his. :)

As for the tourney i have rules almost done i'll shoot them to you when i get a chance to type them up.

I turned that armbar counter/ anticounter into a nasty shoulder lock. Do everything the same but instead of doing a kimura i place the leg cutting across between their legs as i sit up on them and pull up on the wrist it hurts like a Beyotch
