Almost every time someone posts a video on this site there is massive criticism for it not being representative, sloppy et c. If you know of clips showing what you consider to be good kung fu, post them! I'll go first with some good bajiquan (baji xiaojia, the foundational baji form) performed by Lü Baochun: www.kolumbus.fi/baji/videoclips.htm
Notice how relaxed Lü is, and how explosive the strikes are.

Much of what I've seen has been sloppy, but your two for two on great clips!

I suppose that's better. But I can't really say much about san shou, what do you think is good about the clip?

san shou is theory applied… it may not look sweet and it may have some restrictions… but what u gonna do… plus it fun…

Hey! Only 5 seconds? What happened to the rest of that baji clip? I downloaded it a while ago, and it had the whole form!
