General Kwan Kung was considered a sage warrior. I don't know if he was one of the wisest, but he sure kicked a$$. :)

General Yueh Fei was another great sage warrior, it is said that a mountain couldn't stand against his army. (or something like that).

Zhang Sanfeng, legendary creator of TaiChi Chuan would be up there, I think.
