The Five Elements portion of Hsing Yi includes internal alchemy
Qi-Gong, six harmonies Qi-Gong, San Cai stance, five elements sequences
and with other applications. This will be combined with the 12 Animals
form that includes Dragon, Tiger, Bear, Monkey and more. The Hsing Yi
form
combines explosive power and elegant movements. It is an effective way
to strengthen the body while working to cultivate abundant Qi. This is a
must for any serious internal Martial Arts student.

Swimming Dragon Qi-Gong: Combines Taoist Taiji and Internal Alchemy

unblock the channels and meridians, balance yin and yang. It has
