Can anyone recommend some good books that cover these styles?

Well, ChangQuan is a HUGE topic...it depends what you are looking for. For example, Dr Yang's "Northern Shaolin Longfist" is pretty good IMHO: it deals with Nanjing Central Kuoshu institute long fist, with a little history, techniques, fighting forms and sequences (some from Jingwu, some from mantis). A little old (black and white pics, funky chinese translitteration) but nevertheless a very good read...
You might find some good books about Hua or Cha quan too, I have seen good ones in bilingual english/chinese editions.
Someone more knowledgeable than me could surely help...

I was looking at that northern longfist one on amazon, I`m going to order that one, thanx alot :D
