good kung fu pants?

Im looking for some good kung fu pants. preferably without elastic around the ankles. also Im looking for a fairly soft cotton that is flowing and comfortable. thanks if you have any advice

I buy canvas karate pants, and put cuffs in them for tournaments so I don't upset anyone's delicate sensibilities, other wise I just wear the canvas karate pants. They last a LOT longer, are durable, and get comfortable after you wash them a couple times.
