Oh okay, go to the user control panel and choose 'edit profile' then follow the instructions. It's not all that hard.

There's nothing there about an avatar... :confused:

1.) User Control panel.
2.) Edit Options - bottom of the screen, scroll down.

3.) You need to have an Avatar that fits the requirements and is uploaded to the net.
You cannot upload one from your PC.

I have saved the pic, and reduced it in size to 50*32 pixels, saved as an animated gif.
It looks pretty good even when small!
If you can't shrink it yourself, then give me an email address and i'll send you it.

You need to have some web space somewhere, and up load it to there.
In the edit section on profile, put the url to where you have the pic stored, hopefully it will find it.
You used to be able to upload from your pc, but not any more.
