Hey,

I've seen wushu pro-athletes doing incredibly high and smooth butterfly twists. I'm a taekwondo practisioner, and b-twists are quite hard for me. So could you give me any tips on the b-twist, and/or getting it that floating touch? (I can do b-twist sometimes, it really depends on the day).

All help is appreciated.

jump up from your center, drive your heels into the air, and arch you back so that your butt is higher than your head
