An interesting form. A modern version of Gung Gee Fook Fu.

This form was first published, with some other forms on this afore mentioned site, in May 1983, in a book called Shaolin Kung Fu. A chinese book with 628 (!) pages and a lot of forms on the Shaolin Style, northern as well as southern.

Also a chapter on applications of Hung Gar, and a chapter on a two man sparring form of Hung Gar.
