Thomas Kurz secrets of stretching

Anybody know if this is any good? I bought it years ago and just found it last night. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this tape/program.

I read "Scientific Stretching" and found it not to be all that helpful. Mind you - I really wasn't a big fan of stretching back then so maybe my judgement was flawed. It was a little to heavy on the science of it all (shoulda read the title I guess!). That said, I have read some god reviews on his videos.
