I think most people have a good idea about what is considered good flexibility when we are talking about hip, back and leg. ie touching the floor with your knuckles, front split, side split etc

but what about upper body?

I can get my elbow behind my head in a tricep stretch, which is better than than most of the people in my class, but how far can you go?
What are the limits of the shoulder cuff?
How far should you go stretching the wrists?

I know there are limitations on flexibility. (size, weight, sex, age etc), but I find it difficult stretching my upper body as I don't know how far is too far, ie whether I should continue to push for further or be happy where I've got.
