School in nYc

[Mr. Bao]

I have heard from my sifu in wing chun that a true tai chi master is hard t find. Is there anyone here who knows any good teachers who can explain tai chi in such a way that is enlightening without the mystical nonsense that so many Americans like so much. Actually all I want to learn is too increase my energy and relax more. I am not into beating people up with soft ass hands or nothing like that. I would rather punch someone instead, lol.
