in the doc fai wong 5animal book
he does a tech green dragon comes out from sea:
in a horse stance
in a sidetoside switch,low bent-knee stance "gaurding crown with opposite hand"and upright side bow stance.. gaurding rib with opposite hand.and he does after a pullback then shuffle forward in bow and lead crown and rear upcut----------all vertical fist.
do you guys connect with the bottom three knuckles or the index and middle
or the whole fist....please help really need to know.
