I've been doing the eight section bracade from kung fu magazine since that issue came out, I guess like a year ago-ish? I was wondering because I drove by Ywang Jwang Ming here in Boston and was thinking of stopping in. The only problem is I'm already taking two different kung fu classes (forms and fighting)!! What are Chi Kung classes like?
