hi

im sure you get a lot of people asking this sort of question but bear with me.
i would really like to go shaolin for a couple years but am strugling to find any info on how to get there,prices,visa info blah blah blah.
do they have a website at all?
gene i know youve been there any info?
how can i get hold of them short of flying over there and asking face to face.

There are so many schools in the area and many of them do have websites. I've covered several of the larger ones so my suggestion to you (as always) is read Kungfu Qigong!

You can also search through the archived posts in this forum and you find a lot of little gems. A while back I posted the official website for Shaolin Temple here, but few foreigners actually train within the temple. Most of us just train in the surrounding private schools.

yeh i actully was talking about the temple itself why dont many people train there?

The monks live, practice and train there. Days are filled with tourists. Nights are for the monks. There is no place for outsiders to train. That's what the outside schools are for.
