For the deadlift routine, 5 days a week with 2 sets of 5, 5 minutes rest between sets increasing the weight by 5 pounds a day, can it be applied, in exactyly the same way to squats? I've done a lot of deadlifts and am wanting to work now on the overall conditioning that squats give.
