diamond hard jing

my clf sifu says there are 5 kinds of jing. the last you get and the most powerful is called diamond hard jing. anybody heard of it?:eek:

tit kiu sam of the HunG Kuen skills learnt this from his sifu, who was from siu lam gee, it is an old skill.

... is the name of a Chi Kung series, involving postures and movements that are a bit demanding. To the best of my knowledge it is NOT the msot advanced stage as you suggest Nei Kung, simply by virtue of the fact that it still contains movment and muscular tension, putting it at maximum intermediate level in three stages of Chi Kung practice.
