Anyone ever see that advertisement with Chuck Norris and I think Claudia Schiffer for this gym thing? Its designed to have over 60 exercises. Anyhoo they have one at my local Oshman's Sports Store for $250, cheap for a gym set.

Reminds me somewhat of the Bowflex. Anyway, has anyone tried this thing? What are your opinions of it?

Don't waste your time. Invest your money on a bench and olympic weight set.

That's almost as bad as Jackie Chan's piece of **** cable machine. Save your money.

Even if it provides resistance you will outgrow it quick. Buy a power rack and a bench.

It isn't bad, free weights are better as long as you have good form. It would take you a while to outgrown the gym and the new ones allow you to add weight. The neatest exercise is the one where you can work on an iron-cross like position and the handstand in my humble opinion. You can find various types on e-bay pretty cheap as well.
Peace.
