Stretch machines? Help.

my room mate want to buy one, and wants to know what you would recomend.

Any input on this or other info on achieving the side splits would be helpful.

I have a hurley stretch rack. It's pretty good. you can achieve the same results by saving the money and just stretching on your own though.

Do you have a high window sill (spelling?) or bunk bed? Just stretch your legs on those. Well, my window sills are high because my apartment is halfway underground. Go bottom floor!

Or build something out of PVC pipe to stretch on. Don't spend money on a stretch machine.

i just use one of those rope pulleys and hang it over my pullup bar
