Hi everyone,

What kind of training precautions do you take in your school when you practice/train fighting drills?

Body Armor? Pads? gloves? headgears? Also, what kinds (brands) do you find effective?

thanks,
Marcus

Gloves, groin guard and sometimes headgear. We did not always use gloves, but people kept getting KO'd. In longfist those swinging punches come fast-WATCH OUT!!!!!

wow,

Students were getting KO-d in your class?

What kind of gloves do you use? Boxing or the chuck norris ones that allow you to use your fingers and thumb?

Thanks,
