I'm in school right now and an doing this debate thkngy and I need some information. THe topic is mental illness and we were planning on teaching internal styles of martial arts in school. We know that all fo that internal stuff can help out greatly with certain mental illnesses. I need any info on this you can give me. Also, dowes anyone know of any good websites I can visit for htis?
