Iron Body/Palm training

Could some of you guys tell me how you do iron body and iron palm training.I've read about it and it seems like it would be really cool to be able to do the stuff they do.Thanks for any help on this.

Wing Lam has a good video on Iron Body. Some information is left out, I guess to discourage training on your own, but it's still good. A bit expensive tho, I think the video alone is $50 or $60.

Their Iron Palm video is good as well, but not quite as good as the Iron Body one.

Avoid James Lacey's Iron Body and Iron Palm stuff.
