I throw them...its fun and easy..I feel like Li Kwi, Daniel Boone and Magua from Last of the Mohicans I also feel like "The Patriot"
Once you get distance and a sense of balance its easy to throw knives as well. Consistant throwing and a sense of distance is all you need.
