Anyone ever heard of a korean style called han-pul? It is supposed to be a more advanced version of hapkido. Any info. will be appreciated. thanx.

Yes,I´m slightly familiar with han-pul.
I´ll give you some sites:
http://www.the-spa.com/sommha/Han-Pul.html
www.hanpul.com (not working right now)
http://www.jmurphyjr.com/bio.html

There seem to very few sites on this martial art, probably because it seems to be little-known and a rare artform.

There can be some kind of a small link between han-pul and hapkido, but it is indirect,I believe.
I don´t think that han-pul is an advanced form of hapkido in any way, considering that hapkido is very well-rounded and also the most practiced korean martial art after taekwondo (I may be a bit biased though)

You find the back issues here: http://store.yahoo.com/martialartsmart/dojangmagazine07.html . Eventually we plan to put the cover stories and table of contents online like we have done with Kungfu Qigong (see http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/magazine/index.php ) but it's way down on the back burner after our other mags - World of Martial Arts and Dojo.
