I was sitting in class today and I found a bruise between my third and fourth knuckle on my hand from wallbag training. It's not too dark tho. Am I correct in assuming that I should wait until it's gone before I resume? That's how it's done with iron body. I imagine it will only take a day or so to do away. I guess I could just do air punches instead today.

Why is doing wallbag training when I first wake up so satisfying? Seriously, it's like, wake up, wall bag, pack the bags, go to class, within the first 20 minutes of being awake.

I'm learning the hard way to just let things heal. If not, the nagging bruises / strains just linger.

Just lay off it untill its better.

If your hurt and you keep working it you might end up hurting yourself alot worse.

Your hand shouldn't be bruising, IMHO, and especially not between your knuckles. The description hints to me that something is wrong with the punching. You definitely don't want to give yourself a Boxer's Fracture (http://www.emedicine.com/aaem/topic53.htm).
