Hey Cesar- first you insult wing chun- then you want to learn pak
sao without a good introduction to wing chun? Strange path from insult to injury. Gp to the Planet Wing Chun website- lots of info on wing chun and its off shoots.

just wondering why you only want to learn pak sau and how you think that will improve your sensitivity.

Cesar- to learn good chi sao you have to learn enough about
wing chun structure and principles, otherwise you will develop
sloppy motions. There are folks who are not into wing chun who try to imitate the chi sao- but it is not the same.
But depending on what your interest is - there are many timing practices in different arts and sports.
