Remember how Seven and I always say it's only the *****s and kids in the MMA world who talk about how TMA doesn't work? And how any BJJer/MMAer respects what you can DO, not what you can study?

Main difference is on the vastly superior quality of xing yi quan over western boxing, specially american style.
