sorry but that clips been around for at least a year now.

a new prisonor is spending his first night in prision. In the dark someone yells "32!" and a chous of laghfter erupts.

the next night a voice cries "17!" and the whole places busts a gut. once his cell mate stops giggleing he explains that there are only so many joke to tell and that they've all been memorized, and numbered.

Sudenly someone in the next cell screams "26!" and is greeted with silece, moans a few boos.

"whats the matter?" the new guy asks, "is 26 just not funny?"
"naw" replies his older cellmate "some people just can't tell a joke."
