Silliest Injury!

Has anyone had a more stupid injury than this?
I fell asleep on the couch last night! missed the rerun of fight school(my wife taped it) woke up at 02:30 and jumped to the floor and my knee gave way, and I landed on my left arm I now have a very swollen arm and am unable to train on Monday, after being allowed a special grading session on Saturday.
I feel so stupid!
ps the wife didn't wake me 'cos the cat looked comfortable!

Didn't close my hand when going to strike my training partner..

..spiral fracture in my metacarpel...

Thought that was pretty stupid at the time.

Never made that mistake again tho.

i used to know someone who got whiplash from tying his shoe laces i think he just sat up too fast.

My roommate was taking a sh.it. After he was done wiping his ass, he went to get up and pull his up his pants. For some reason his knee gave out and as he fell he sprained his knee:D

I think we've all doen that one Pete. I recently broke my right index finger doing a foot slap :o 4 weeks off training :(

I sneezed and threw my neck out.

The interesting thing about that was when I was able to sleep that night, everytime I dreamed, I dreamnt I broke my neck. Then I woke up because my neck hurt. It was not fun.
