OT: pumpkin seed recipe

what is your recipe for cooking pumpkin seeds? :D

Preheat oven to 250F. Spread pumpkin seeds on flat tray; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Put in oven.

Go to computer and play Diablo II while you're waiting. Forget pumpkin seeds are in oven. Jump up and pull them out of the oven when you smell the smoke.

Wait for boyfriend (or girlfriend) to come home and start laughing at silly attempt to roast pumpkin seeds.

Dump burnt seeds over boyfriend's head.
